What We Cover

• Re‑cleaning of evaporator coils or blowers if initial cleaning is insufficient.
• Re‑application of anti‑microbial duct treatment if coverage is incomplete.
• Adjustment of any missed preventative‑care items noted in the service checklist.
• Re‑inspection at no extra charge to verify the correction.

How to Request a Correction

1. Call us at (786) 664-2155 within 5 business days of service.
2. Describe the concern; we’ll note the details and schedule a follow‑up.
3. A certified technician will return to address the issue.
4. After the correction, we’ll provide a updated service ticket.

Pricing Transparency (as quoted)

All correction work is performed at no additional cost when the issue stems from our service. Any unrelated repairs or parts will be quoted separately using our standard rates:

• Single‑unit service: $1,350
• 3+ units: $1,000 per unit
• Additional unit beyond package: +$450
• 3‑bed residential: $1,300
• 4+ bed residential: quoted at $1,500
• Inspection only: $200
